Nonprofit organizations help society in unique ways and telling their stories often requires a unique touch. These stories must ring true with their audience and that’s where our background in journalism matches perfectly with this need.
Here are some examples of videos we created for non-profit groups:
We created this mini-documentary-style video, and one other, for a fundraising gala in Boston to raise awareness about the dangers faced by commercial fishermen. A few hundred people attended the event, including Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.
“For Our Teachers,” is about suicide prevention efforts and how teachers can help. It was written and performed by Needham High School students in Needham, Mass. for Riverside Trauma Center.
“An Artful Alliance” is about the work three non-profit groups are doing to revitalize a poor neighborhood, help teens, and at the same time build a missing link to a bike path north of Boston. Find out more about this 8-minute mini-documentary.
This video was created for the Wayside Multi Service Center in Watertown, Mass. We worked with a teen group who conducted man-on-the-street interviews about the opioid epidemic. Nearly everyone we spoke to had a connection to this problem.
This video is being shown on a continuous loop in the Metropolitan Waterworks Museum in Boston, Mass. It was created for Fiorente Media, an online health information service.
